1. Scope of the extended warranty (5 years)

• The warranty applies exclusively to purchased products in the order this package was added.

• It does not cover the vehicle or any other components not purchased from us in any way.

• The warranty covers exclusively manufacturing defects or structural malfunctions of the products, not damages due to:

  • incorrect installation or installation not in accordance with the instructions;

  • modifications, tampering or improper use;

  • natural or aesthetic wear and tear not affecting operation;

  • damage caused by accidents, impacts, extreme environmental conditions.

2. How to activate and request the guarantee

• To open a warranty claim, you must write an email to: support@racext.com, attaching:

  • order number;

  • photo/video of the problem encountered;

  • detailed description of the defect.

• Our team will evaluate the case and may request additional information (e.g. returning the product for verification).

• If approved, it will be carried out a free replacement or, if not available, a full or partial refund.

3. Priority technical assistance

• Assistance is limited to purchased products, and provides:

  • email support with response within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays);

  • technical information, personalized instructions and dedicated videos for installation or configuration;

  • support in Italian or English by qualified Racext mechanics.

• Assistance does not include physical interventions, on-site installations or diagnostics on third-party vehicles.

4. Validity and duration

• The package is valid exclusively for the order in which it is purchased.

• The duration of coverage is 5 years from date of purchase.

Shipping times are approx 7 working days, shipping takes place via fast negotiable shipping.
